There are various Sporting events held in Llangennech throughout the year attended by visiting teams for competitive and friendly matches. Details of these events can be obtained through contacts listed under 'Sports'.

The Community Centre also caters for a variety of different events on a daily basis offering Short Mat Bowls, various courses, and lectures on a variety of topics. The Centre has a fully equipped Stage with theatrical lighting and sound system. The main Hall also has a wooden sprung floor ideal for dancing.
Throughout the year the Management Committee organises a number of professional shows, Table Top Sales, and Trade Fairs. The Christmas Carnival, held at the Hall also continues to grow in popularity.
